According to HDFC Bank, its net profit for the period reviewed grew to RS 9,196 Crore from around RS 7,729 Crore obtained during the first quarter ended 30 June 2021.
For the quarter ended June 30, 2022, the bank has received a total revenue of RS 41,560 Crore, up from around Rs 36,771 Crore obtained during the previous year.
Bank Gross and Non-Working Assets (NPA) Bank as on 30 June 2022 stood around RS 18,033 Crore and RS 4,887 Crore, respectively, compared to RS 17,098 Crore and RS 5,485 Crore in the previous year period.
Provisions and contingencies for the quarter ended 30 June 2022 around RS 3,187 Crore (consisting of specific loan loss provisions) compared to the total provisions around RS 4,830 Crore for the quarter ended 30 June 2021.
The total size of the balance sheet on June 30, 2022 was RS 2,109,772 Crore compared to RS 1,753,941 Crore on June 30, 2021, growth of 20.3 percent.
